北京2016年2月4日电 /美通社/ -- “宁治十成人,不治一孩子”,医务领域的老观念道出了儿科医生长久以来的尴尬处境。近来,各地儿科停诊、限诊的消息频频见诸报端,再加之1月1日起“全面二孩”政策全面落地,“儿科医生荒”再度成为整个社会关注的问题。 其实,相关部门近年来也制定了为儿科人才引进“开绿灯”、争取财政支持的举措。即便如此,儿科从业者依然感觉人才紧缺。中国的儿科医生究竟有多缺? 《2015年中国卫生统计年鉴》公布的数据显示,我国平均每1000名儿童只有0.43位儿科医生,与全国平均每千人配备2.06名医师水平相比相去甚远。然而全国13亿多人口中,每四个人里就有一个是儿童。
